Next Investments provides verified account holders with access to digital equity tokens representing fractional interests in real-world assets. The platform enables portfolio tracking, transparent valuation reporting, and acquisition facilitation through a dedicated investment specialist. All portfolio data is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

3. User responsibilities

Maintain strict confidentiality of your account credentials and access devices.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and verification.
Comply with all applicable laws, including KYC/AML requirements, when using the service or acquiring tokens.
Promptly notify Next Investments of any suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.

4. Platform obligations

We maintain industry-standard security protocols, perform regular system monitoring, and back up infrastructure to ensure platform reliability. We may update, enhance, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance or compliance reasons, with notice provided on-platform or via email.

5. Investment disclaimer

Token valuations, historical performance, and market indicators are informational only and do not guarantee future results. Digital equity tokens carry market, liquidity, and regulatory risks. You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Investments, its operators, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, service interruptions, or investment outcomes. This limitation does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under EU law.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notice or email. Continued use of Next Investments after the effective date of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
